创建响应 (OpenAI Responses API)

OpenAI Responses API，用于创建模型响应。 支持多轮对话、工具调用、推理等功能。
鉴权
把 OLETOKEN 的 API Key 作为 Bearer Token 放进 Authorization 请求头。密钥在控制台的「API 密钥」页创建。
